Disick checked into Malibus Cliffside rehabilitation center for drug and alcohol addiction. Kourtney Kardashians ex-boyfriend, with whom she shares kids Mason, Penelope, and Reign, checked into the treatment center early October; back in July, she called off their nine-year-long relationship after he was caught getting cozying with ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli in the South of France.
Prior to Disicks latest rehab stay, family and friends grew increasingly concerned about Disick, who has previously mixed prescription pills with alcohol. After his most recent bender this summer, Kardashian gave her ex an ultimatum and her brother-in-law Kanye West also played a role in convincing Disick to sober up.

Khloe Kardashians estranged husband Lamar Odoms recent hospitalization also scared the reality personality. Lamars condition is really hitting Scott hard, a third source explained to Us.
During his stay at Cliffside, Kardashian and momager Kris Jenner visited numerous times, bringing the kids to visit their dad.
