Gladiator news! Scandal actress Darby Stanchfield is married, Us Weekly can exclusively confirm. And the wedding wasn't recent.
The Alaska native, 44, has been hitched for "quite a while," a source tells Us.
Stanchfield has kept her personal life private over the years. (Not a peep!) Back in 2013, she gushed about the many "blessings" in her life during an interview with Shape.
"I think for me, at the beginning of the day and at the end of the day, taking a moment to be really grateful for all the good in my life," she said at the time. "And it can be really small things, like something growing in my garden or how nice a neighbor was. When Im grateful for all the blessings, it puts away all the stress about things not in my control."
Stanchfield is best known for playing Olivia Pope's sassy BFF and White House press secretary Abby Whelan in the ABC political drama Scandal. She's previously appeared in Jericho, Mad Men, Castle, and NCIS.
