Kim Kardashian certainly isnt shy about being honest about how she feels about being pregnant. The expectant reality star opened up about her second high-risk pregnancy in a new blog post on Monday, Nov. 16.
Kim Kardashian's Second Pregnancy Style
Kardashian, 35, who suffered from preeclampsia while she was pregnant with daughter North West, revealed that shes definitely scared about her delivery of baby No. 2.
With the issues I had last time, my risk of having preeclampsia and placenta accreta are increased and there's not a whole lot I can do to prevent it, so my anxiety is a little high leading up to my delivery, the reality star, who is married to Kanye West, shared.
During her first delivery, Kardashians placenta did not come out after she gave birth because it was attached to her uterus, a condition called placenta accreta.
My doctor had to stick his entire arm in me and detach the placenta with his hand, scraping it away from my uterus with his fingernails. How disgusting and painful!!! My mom was crying; she had never seen anything like this before, Kardashian recalled. My delivery was fairly easy, but then going through that it was the most painful experience of my life! They gave me a second epidural but we were racing against time, so I just had to deal.

Because of her previous conditions, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians reality star added that this time around, in a very rare case, I might need a hysterectomy after delivery if my condition is severe enough but that luckily my doctor doesn't think this will happen.
Kardashian and West are expecting a baby boy around Christmas.
