Accompanied by Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge gathered in the Royal Box and stood and applauded as the Chelsea Pensioners kicked off the ceremony.
Middleton, 33, looked elegant in a Dolce & Gabbana black lace dress with black pumps, while Prince William, 33, looked dapper in a suit and glasses.
The ceremony included a touching speech by an Afghanistan veteran, Paul Jacobs, who went blind after saving others from a blast. The royal couple looked onward from the balcony, standing up and applauding the heartfelt speech.
