Josh Duggar is in hot water once more. The disgraced 19 Kids and Counting star has been hit with a $500,000 lawsuit filed by Danica Dillon, a porn star whom he allegedly slept with twice earlier this year.
According to the court documents, which she filed on Tuesday, Nov. 17, Dillon claims that Duggar, 27, assaulted her to the point of causing her physical and emotional injuries on the two occasions that she said the pair had consensual sex.

Dillon alleges that the reality personality first approached her at a Philadelphia strip club back in March, where he paid her approximately $600 for lap dances. Afterward, Dillon claims in the documents, he invited her back to his hotel room, where she agreed to have sex with him for $1,500.
Things reportedly went awry, however, because Dillon alleges that Duggar manhandled her to the point that she felt as if she were being raped.

The following month, the dad of four again sought her out at a different strip club to apologize, according to Dillon, but the pair ended up having consensual sex. Dillon alleges that Duggar treated her roughly again.
The married mother of two is citing emotional and physical suffering as a result of their encounters. According to the court documents, she is currently being treated by a psychiatrist for severe anxiety.
"We do not have a statement at this time," a rep for the Duggar family told Us Weekly.
Reality Curse
Duggar is still lying low in a rehab center in Rockford, Ill., where he checked in this past August after confessing to cheating on his wife of six years, Anna, and using the website Ashley Madison to seek extramarital affairs.
