Charlie Sheens been dealing with being HIV-positive for years. But as Us Weekly has learned, and as reported by TMZ, Sheen believes that the virus is now undetectable in his blood.

As previously reported, the troubled star, 50, is set to address his diagnosis during a sit-down interview on the Today show with Matt Lauer on Tuesday, Nov. 17. According to a previous source, Sheen contracted the virus years go, after his divorce from ex-wife Denise Richards.
The Vanity actress, 44, has also known about his diagnosis for years. An insider previously told Us that she and her children with the actor, Sam, 11, and Lola, 10, are not HIV-positive. Sheen "got infected after they were together, four years ago or so, the insider explained.
The actor was last married to Brooke Mueller from 2008 to 2011, and they share twin sons Bob and Max.
Celebrity Rehab Centers
The news comes following Sheens troubled past couple of years and bouts in rehab. After one stint in a treatment center in 2010, Sheen, then the highest-paid actor on television, was fired from Two and a Half Men in 2011. After a period of bizarre behavior, Sheen checked into rehab again in 2011.
He has kept a low profile lately, and was last photographed out in October.
