Days after Pauley Perrette posted on social media about getting attacked outside of her Hollywood home, her alleged attacker has been charged on multiple felony counts.

A spokesperson for the Los Angeles County District Attorneys Office released a statement to Us Weekly, confirming that a man named David Merck has been charged with one felony count of making a criminal threat and one felony count of false imprisonment by violence.
If convicted, Merck, 45, could spend up to four years in prison, according to the statement.
At the time of the Nov. 12 attack, the NCIS star, 46, noted that the man called himself William and threatened to kill her.
